Introducing Comment Templates

Have you ever had to give a boiler operator the same advice twice? Now you can use Comment Templates to quickly add common advice to your Aqualytics reports.

Adding a Comment Template

When preparing your report, you can select a template from the dropdown:

After you pick one, it will be inserted into the report for you to customize as needed.

Customizing the Templates

You can create as many templates as you’d like. You can do it by clicking the “Edit Templates” link in the dropdown (shown above) or by logging in and navigating to your Company Settings:

From there, you can remove the defaults and add or edit your own templates.

Next time you find yourself giving the same feedback, prepare a template instead of typing it in directly. It will save you time in the long run!
