Sort Your Accounts

Which accounts haven’t had a visit in a while? Did last week’s reports all go out? The accounts list can now answer those questions at a glance.

Pick a Sort Order

At the top of your accounts list, there’s a new dropdown for choosing how accounts are sorted:

You can sort by:

• Account Name: the familiar A-to-Z list
• Last Report Prepared: when you last wrote up a report for each account
• Last Report Delivery: when a report was last sent to each account

Sorting works inside folders, too, so each folder’s accounts are put in the order you picked.

Next time you’re planning a week of service visits, sort by “Last Report Prepared” and see who’s due.
