Scheduled Delivery

I’m sure you’d never stay up late finishing reports after a day of service visits. No – you’re up before dawn, cup of coffee in hand, putting the final touches on yesterday’s data and analysis. You’re finally ready to hit “send” … but wait – won’t it look a bit odd to see it come in at 5:30am?

That’s why Aqualytics now has Scheduled Delivery.

Send Later

Next time you prepare a report in Aqualytics, you’ll see the option to “Send Later”:

From there, you can pick a delivery time from the dropdown:

After you select a delivery time, the delivery will be scheduled. On the send page, you can cancel the scheduled delivery if you need to:

Custom Schedules

Several delivery templates are available by default. You can customize them using the “Edit Schedules” link (or by logging in and visiting your Company Settings.) When customizing, you can remove the defaults and add as many schedules as you like:

Try it out

Give it a try! You can finish up those reports as early in the morning as you want (😉) and schedule them to go out first thing on Monday.
